Considering all these MLA Mr. Dwarampudi Chandra Sekhar and Hotel Bhimas chief Mr. Suryanarayana Reddy were taken special interest and amity between builders and residents of the apartment. They have given Rs.650 per square feet as compensation to all the owners of the flats, on the hands of builder Murthy. Flat owners showed their happiness saying that loss may be covered to some extent after selling the site. They showed their thankfulness to MLA for taking special care on them. Apartment owners association president Mr. Krishna and Secretary Mr. Srinivas participated in this program.
