The Samaikya 5K Run, which was called in support to the Samaikyandhra agitation was held successfully in the Seemandhra region here on Sunday. This run was flagged off at the same time all over the region. The run held from Collectorate to Balaji Cheruvu center in Kakinada. The Samaikya Rashtra Parirakshana Vedika, District Olympic Association and Retired Employees association were jointly conducted this run in Kakinada & Rajahmundry. Speaking on this, the Samaikya Rashtra Parirakshana Vedika District Chairman and APNGO Association President Mr. Buriga Ashirvadam has stated that this Samikya run was organised in total 13 districts under Seemandhra region with a motto to support the Samaikyandhra movement. He said the government employees would intensify the agitation in the coming days under the leadership of Mr. Ashok Babu. APNGO Secretary Mr. Trinadh Rao, District Olympic Association Secretary Mr. Padmanabham and leaders & members of all the associations along with the public participated in this run.
