Mr. M.S.Bhagavan has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Zilla Parishad (ZP). According to this, the state government had issued orders to his appointment. Mrs. P.Padma, who is working as In-charge ZP CEO has transferred in view of the coming general elections. Mr. Bhagavan has worked as Deputy Co-operative Officer for Visakhapatnam. He has also worked as Secretary & In-charge Vice Chairman for VUDA. He will take charge to his position on this Wednesday, sources said.
