Good news to APSRTC passengers. The RTC officials released a Toll Free number to receive queries, suggestions and other issues from their passengers. According to this, the RTC Executive Director had released a press note here on Monday. He said, the Toll Free number 1800 200 4599 will work for all the working days to provide information for the passengers about the services including special packages. SMS will be sent to the passengers who called about the issues of RTC, that he added.
