Policies in out patient department has changed to some extent from the time when Dr. Kameswara Rao has taken charge as Superintendent. Waiting in long queues for getting OP slips came to an end. People are very grateful for this as they used to wait in long queues before, even when OP is made computerised by Ex Superintendent Dr. M.B.R. Sarma. So many people used to return back without getting a OP slip, after waiting for such a long time, this problem came to an end as Superintendent resolved this. But still people are returning without getting any treatment because of the stagnant crowd at Doctor's consultation rooms. People requested that they would be grateful to them if this problem also gets resolved. Doctor's suggested that seperate OP for Scanning department will be very helpful in handling cases with ease and also in providing treatment to all. Superintendent Dr. Kameswara Rao said that his request for seperate OP for scanning department has been approved in HDS meeting, but need to wait for funds.
