Joint Collector Mr. A. Babu passed orders to take immediate actions in order to solve the problems that are received in “Praja Dharbar” on every Monday. He received request letters from the public, in the district level Praja Dhardar that was held yesterday in Vidhana Goutami Hall. He intimated them to get their applications registered in online and take receipt without fail. On a whole 290 members from all the corners of the district handed over request letters to him. JC warned officers that he will take severe action on them, if he finds any delay in rectifying the problem, even when that can be solved immediately. He submitted that he will take neccessary actions, so that a sound Praja Dharbar at Mandal Level will be organised by the officers on every Monday. Joint Collector ordered officers to make sound arrangements for the visit of Mother, Child, Physically Handicapped and Elder Peoples Parliamentary Committee. Yesterday he organised a meet on that and ordered to make all the neccessary arrangements for the stay of Parliamentary Committee. At the same time he ordered to get ready with the entire information for the Vigilience and Monitoring Committee meet that is going to be held today. Required arrangements should be made for the Special NCC Program that is going to be held in Samalkot, he added.
