Army Recruitment Rally would be conducted in District on 22nd of this month at Sports Authority Grounds, NFCL Road. District Collector, Mr. M.Ravi Chandra said this to news line in a statement here on Wednesday. Speaking to media persons, Collector said that examinations for the posts of Soldier Technical, Nursing Assistant, Soldier General Duty, Soldier Tradesmen and other posts would be conducted and only Unmarried male are eligible for the posts he added. Of which, Cook, Tailor, Barbour, Washer men, Artizone, Steward, Clerk cum storekeeper and other categories are available he added. He also said that certificates verifications and physically fitness tests would be conducted as a part of selection. Candidates must be born between November 23rd, 1987 to May 22nd, 1993 he added. Certificates verification and physical fitness tests would be conducted for Soldier Technical and Nursing Assistant on 22nd and 23rd, for Soldier General Duty on 24th and 25th, for Soldiers Tradesmen on 25th and 26th, for General Duty on 26th and 27th, Clerk Cum Storekeeper on 27th and 28th. Candidates must bring original certificates along with two set of Xerox copies attested with gazetted officers. For Soldier Tradesmen post, certificates must have counter signature with DEO, attestation with Head masters and marks list of the recent course. 12 passport size photographs, NCC, ITI, and Sports Certificates, other state level or national level certificates, two attested Photostat copies. Candidates must appear on early morning 5am at the rally. Army board would not be responsible if any minor/major injuries occur during the selection process.
