International Women's Day-2013 was grandly celebrated here on Friday. According to this, the District Women & Child Welfare dept has organized these celebrations here at Collectorate Vidhan Gowtami hall in Kakinada. Speaking on this, Collector stated that 'Women plays a key role in the world in different faces like mother, child, sister & wife, so that every one should respect women'. Men should give financial freedom to Women, she stressed. Later, various ex-employees of the Collectorate were felicitated in this program. The day was celebrated by various organizations & companies at various places in the district.
