A review meeting presided over by District Incharge Minister, Mr. Botcha Satyanarayana, here on Sunday, finalized a schedule of enumeration and distribution of the aid. Distribution of 20 kg of rice and five liters of kerosene each to the rain-affected families will be commenced across the District from Monday. Similarly, the process of enumeration will also be carried out in all villages. Payment of cash relief, however, will be paid from 16th November. The enumeration process is expected to be completed by the weekend. A team headed by the village Sarpanch consisting of an officer and two farmers will take up the enumeration at the village-level and submit the report along with photographs. District Collector, Mr. M. Ravi Chandra told the official that addition of the name of tenant farmers in the enumeration report was necessary. Mr. Ravi Chandra also said that any complaint of non-inclusion of the name of any tenant farmer would lead to action against the official concerned. The rice and kerosene stocks were already available at the Civil Supplies Department for distribution and the printed coupons were available at the Revenue Divisional Officers concerned.
