The Postal Department is going to conduct ‘Dak Adalat,’ a grievance meeting for its customers on 30th of September at the Office of the Superintendent. According to this, the Postal Superintendent of East Godavari District Mr. Prasad had released a press note, here on Wednesday. He said, the customers seeking to redress complaints on Postal, Registrar, Money order, Postal Life Insurance, Speed Post, Savings and other postal services can send their grievances to M. Brahmayya, Assistant Postal Superintendent, Superintendent Office, Kakinada before 24th of September by mentioning the title as 'Dak Adalat' in the cover of the post, he noticed. The received grievances will be clarified on Dak Adalat program, he added.
