In association with District Cricket association, under-19 North Zone Inter Districts G. Kannam Raju Trophy Cricket Competitions were started at Rangaraya Medical College (RMC) grounds and District Sports authority grounds. Teams from Vijayanagaram, Vishaka, Srikakulam, East Godavari District teams participated in these competitions. Match between Vishaka and East Godavari District teams was conducted at Rangaraya medical college grounds. At the end of the game, Vishaka team’s score was 100 runs for a loss of 5 wickets of which GV Ramana of East Godavari district took 3 wickets. Match between Srikakulam and Vijayanagaram Districts team was conducted at East Godavari District Sports Authority grounds. Vijayanagaram team achieved 132 runs and loss all wickets. In this team, G.Vijaya Deep scored 43 runs and MV Abhinav Sagar scored 23 runs. Bowlers Srinivas, Manoj and Ravi Kiran of Srikakulam took two wickets each. At the end of the game, Srikakulam team scored 44 runs for a loss of 2 wickets.
