In association with Karnataka Taekwon-do association, South zone Taekwondo Championship competitions will be held in Bangalore from this month 23rd to 25th. From district, seven sports person have been selected to participate in these competitions. State Level Taekwondo Championship Competitions were held at Vishakapatnam this month 5th and the winners in these competitions were selected to south zone competitions by AP Taekwondo Association. In sub juniors section, N.Pavan, K.Sri Venkatesh, A.Durga Prasad, P.Venkata Govind and PSDS Sai Pramod are selected and in juniors section, GVVS Prakash and K.Badrinaath are selected. In association with District Taekwondo Association, selected candidates will undergo training in training centers of Kakinada, Pitapuram and G.Mamidada. Training will be given by Coaches R.Srinivas Rao, P.Lakshmana rao and DV Satyanarayana Murthy.
