District Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad has conducted a review meet with Bankers, Oil companies owners, Civil Supplies dept, Agriculture dept & other respective officials here on Friday, on Aadhaar numbers seeding process. Speaking on this, she ordered that the process of seeding bank accounts should be completed to facilitate LPG subsidy by the end of this month. Otherwise, the consumers can't get the subsidy amount, she noticed. She directed the oil companies owners to expedite the process of the seeding and bring the consumers forcibly to their offices for its seeding. She suggested the bankers should open zero balance accounts for the purpose without any delay. She told that the consumers can get Rs.430/- per cylinder if they get seeding Aadhaar numbers to bank accounts. Otherwise they can lose the subsidy, she noticed. She also directed the oil companies owners to publish the list of the consumers, who had not got their Aadhaar card seeded for getting gas subsidy in News papers on 29th August.
