The District Kapu Sadbhavana Sangam, Kapu Reservation Porata Samiti and other respective organisations staged a protest on demanding BC Reservation to Kapu, here on Wednesday infront of the Collectorate in Kakinada. The activists of these organisations also conducted Raasta Roko at the nearby Indrapalem bridge here. The leaders of the organisations Mr. V.Y.Dasu, Mr. Basava Prabhakara Rao, Mr. Moturi Satyanarayana and others led the dharna and raasta roko in the city. A huge number of people from Kapu, Telaga, Balija & Ontari castes were participated in this protest. They have demanded the state government to implement GO 30 for the inclusion of their castes to BC. They stated that they will continue the protest until they get justice on this issue. Many poor families in Kapu castes will be benefited if the GO 30 implemented, they remembered. Mr. Nunna Dorababu, Mr. Kumar, Mr. Nukala Narayana, Mr. Inukonda Pattabhi Ramayya, Mr. Pepakayala Ramakrishna, Mr. N.V.Sai Baba, Mr. Degala Ramesh, Mr. Yalla Narayana Murthy, Mr. Thummala Kasi, Mr. Ayappa and others participated in the protest.
