Cocanada Passengers Association President, ZRUCC Member Mr. Y.D.Ramarao has announced that, all the arrangements were being done for Kakinada – Mumbai Express Train. He said that the train will be started within 20days. This express train will travel twice in a week between Kakinada & Mumbai. The Railway department has decided to run this train on Wednesday & Saturday from Kakinada Town station at Morning 9.45am on these days. It will reach Mumbai by 11.05am on the next day. But the Passengers association has appealed to change the schedule of the train. The association requesting the Railway authorities to change the schedule from Wednesday & Saturday to Tuesday & Friday in the early morning hours from Kakinada town station. Responding to this, the authorities have stated that they will finalise the schedule after conducting a meet with the Central Railway officials, sources said.
