Jyothi Rao Bapule's 186th Birth Anniversary celebrations have been observed here on Wednesday in Kakinada. District BC Welfare Department organized these celebrations. Minister for State Minister for Stamps and Registration Mr. Thota Narasimham, City MLA Mr. Dwarampudi Chandra Shekar Reddy, District Collector Smt. Neethu Kumari Prasad presided over the program. Firstly, they offered garlands to the statue of Jyothi Rao Bapule at Government General Hospital center and paid rich tributes to the great social reformer. Speaking on this, Minister, MLA & Collector recalled the services of Mahatma Jotiba Govindrao Phule on this occassion.
