The Employees, Teachers, Workers and Pensioners Joint Action Committee (JAC) demanded Government for Pay Revision Committee (PRC). According to this, they have conducted a big rally from Zilla Parishad center to Balaji Cheruvu center and later, they have organized a open public meeting at Balaji Cheruvu center in Kakinada. A huge number of Employees, Teachers, Workers and Pensioners from various places in the district have attended for the meeting. Speaking on this, JAC Leaders stated that 'if Government won't respond on this, then we will stop their rulling'. They greived that it takes just few seconds time for Government to create a new GO for MP's and MLA's pay revision but for Government Employees, no GO will be applicable, that is the position of the present government, they added. The JAC also demanded that the Government ad-vance the superannuation age from the present 58 to 60 years. Additionally, the meeting demanded that the government immediately appoint the 10th Pay Revision Commission in place of the anomalies committee; regularisation of part-time and full-time contingent employees; regularisation of contract employees; and abolition of contract and outsourcing appointments in all PSUs. Venkateswarulu, Mr. K. Anil Johnson, Mr. Korukonda Satyanarayana, Mr. Telgani Venkatrao, Mr. K. V. Shekar, Mr. Thotakura Sai Ramakrishna, Mr. K. S. V. Subbarao and others participated in this program.
