Injured security guard Meka Babu Rao who was admitted in Government General Hospital on 1st of September died here on Monday. Meka Babu Rao was the resident of Pallamkurruku, Katrenikona Mandal and was Security Guard in AU MSN PG Center since 6months. Hostel Cook of AU MSN Center Shahjahan attempted to kill Meka Babu Rao by pouring petrol on 31st August midnight. Shahjahan used to take away all basic commodities used in the kitchen. Babu Rao complained about this to officers several times. Keeping this in mind, he planned to murder him. Few local people observed this, immediately extinguished the fire, and shifted him to Government General Hospital. Injured Babu Rao was dead here on Monday. Timmapuram SI Sudhakar Singh stated that case has been registered on this.
