Vice-president of the Navabharat group Nagabhairava Prabhakar has received the award at a two-day function held at Chennai on September 1and 2. Addressing a press conference here, Mr. Prabhakar expressed happiness over winning the award for the third consecutive year. Sugars division of Navabharat Ventures Limited, located at Samalkot, has won the prestigious ‘Excellent Energy Efficient Unit-2010' of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He said that the CII had short-listed 20 entries from the 38 entries at the final level examination and presented awards to them. Navabharat is one among the winners, whereas the other winners including Tata, Reliance, Birla and Mahindra group, he said.
