Arrangements of EAMCET Counselling

As per the notification EAMCET Web Counselling is going to be held from 27th of August to 6th of September. Nearly two lakh students from the state and nearly 14,000 students from the district are going to attend this web counselling. To guide these students Government has setup four helpline centers in the district. Arrangements are being made to conduct Engineering Web Counselling in the district, under the control of JNTUK.
Helpline line centers in the district are as follows.
1) JNTU Mechanical Engineering Block, Kakinada
2) Kakinada Andhra Polytechnic College (Jaganaickpur)
3) Kakinada Women's Polytechnic College (Ashok Nagar)
4) Rajahmundry Bommuru Polytechnic College.
Candidates attending for Web Counselling should verify all their certificates to be submitted with the help of these helplines, before participating in the Counselling. 
Necessary Documents for Counselling are as follows
1) EAMCET Hall Ticket Original
2) EAMCET Original Rank Card
3) SSC Original Marks List
4) Intermediate Original Marks List
5) Study Certificates of class 6th to Intermediate 
6) Transfer Certificates of class 6th to Intermediate
7) Latest Income Certificate (for August 2012) 
8) Caste Certificate for SC, ST & BC candidates.
Dr. Padma Raju, Principal of JNTUK said not to believe mediators and private firms. One can get seat in well established colleges depending upon their ranks, he added. He requested students not to dispose password  to anyone that is related to counselling. Finally he requested all the students to utilize helplines to clarify their doubts. EAMCET Counselling Co-Ordinator, Dr. V. V. SubbhaRao said, for any clarification one can call to heplline number 0884-2300854. Students should atttend for counselling as per the notification published in newspapers according to the ranks obtained, he added. Web options will be registered from 30th of August, he added.
