As many as 3000 students gathered and sang our National Anthem "Jana Gana Mana" simultaneously here on Saturday at JNTU-K premises in Kakinada. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada and NTV joint organized this program here. According to this, State Minister for Stamps & Registrations, Mr. Thota Narasimham had participated as a chief guest to the program. He hoisted the National Flag and started the program first. Speaking on this, he stated that 'all Indians should be proud for our National Anthem'. JNTU-K Vice Chancellor, Dr. Tulasi Ramdas given his speech about the nation. Later, students from various schools and colleges from the district performed their activities in the program. Narayana Concept School, Kakinada have presented 500 meters National Flag in the program, which is prepared by their students. MLA's Mr. Chandra Shekar Reddy, Mr. Sesha Reddy, MLC's Mr. Chinarajappa, Mr. Satyanarayana Raju, JNTU-K Rector Mr. Satya Prasad, Registrar Mr. Prasad and others participated in the program.
