The district level 2-days Youth Festival program will be started, Today at Ambedkar Bhavan in Kakinada. The State Minister Mr. Thota Narasimham will inaugurate this program at Morning 10.30am on the day. This 2-days festival will be concluded on 18th of December by Evening 4pm after the closing meet. Various competitions are planned to conduct in this festival for the youth under 15-35yrs. The mandal level youth festival winners are eligible to participate in this district level festival, sources said.
