Visakha district Cricket team won the trophy in the Seniors North Zone Appalaraju Inter Districts Cricket Competitions Tournament, which was being conducted from last few days at Rangaraya Medical College Sports Grounds in Kakinada. These competitions were organised by the District Cricket Association. According to the final results declared by the association on Sunday, Srikakulam team got Second place and East Godavari district placed in third position in this tournament. The Cricket Association President Mr. K.T.Mathews, North Zone Secretary Mr. Prabhakar Rao were presented the awards to the winners. Later, the association has selected the best players from the three teams to North Zone team. Mr. M.N.Ravi Kumar, Mr. G.Sanyasi Raju, Association Secretary Mr. K.Bapiraju, Treasurer Mr. Sathibabu, Assistant Secretary Mr. T.Harish and others were participated in the program.
