District Telugu Desam Party (TDP) paid rich tributes to the Former Lok Sabha Speaker Late Shri GMC Balayogi marking his 63rd Birthday on Tuesday at the party office in Kakinada. Former Ministers Mr. Chikkala Ramachandra Rao, Mr. Gorantla Buchaiah Chowdary, Former MLA Mr. Vanamadi Venkateswara Rao (Kondababu) and other TDP party leaders offered garlands to the statue of Balayogi at the office and paid tributes to him. Speaking on this, they recalled the services of Balayogi on this occasion. They remembered his democratic principles and his concern for the poor and the have-nots and the cordial relations which he had maintained with all sections of people. Mr. Buchaiah Chowdary said that Balayogi has worked hard for the development of downtrodden sections. Later, Mr. Vanamadi Kondababu said that the Yanam-Yedurlanka bridge was constructed because of Balayogi effort. TDP District General Secretary Mr. Pilli Satyanarayana Murthy and other party leaders, members & followers attended the program.
