Samaikyandhra agitations getting innovative day-by-day in the city. Marking the 63rd day since the Movement launched, the agitators took out the protests in various forms. The Animal Husbandry Department employees brought Buffaloes and Cows in a procession and staged a protest near the Collectorate. They were also performed 'Sudarshana Homam' here. Demanding Samaikyandhra, the Kakinada Port Employees with support of AP State Ports Gazetted Officers Association conducted a big rally in the city. The Municipal Corporation Employees also took out a rally along with 20 metres of National flag in support to the united state Samaikyandhra. Teachers District JAC started writing slogan 'Jai Samaikyandhra' on the road and they aim to write it one crore times in the district. 'Aikya Rashtra Praja Garjana' program was conducted by the agitators here in Kakinada rural Sarpavaram. Some of the agitators burnt the effigies of BJP leader Sushma Swaraj, AICC President Sonia Gandhi and TRS Chief K.Chandrashekar Rao here. Many other sections from the city continued their protests against to the state bifurcation.
