District Telugu Desam Party (TDP) staged a big protest infront of the Collectorate in Kakinada on Wednesday, demanding the immediate relief to farmers who lost their crops due to the heavy rains in recent times in the district. According to this, a huge number of TDP district leaders, members & followers were participated in this protest. Speaking on this, the party District President Mr. Nimmakayala Chinarajappa has demanded Rs.10,000/- relief to each farmer per acre. They also demanded immediate relief to the flood victims who lost their houses, properties due to the heavy rains. Later, they have met the District Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad and submitted their appeal letter on this. Ex-Ministers Mr. Chikkala Ramachandra Rao, Mr. Gollapalli Surya Rao, Ex-MLA & TDP member Mr. Vanamadi Kondababu, TDP Kakinada Parliament In-charge Mr. Pothula Viswam, Mr. Parvatha Chittibabu, Mr. Vegulla Jogeswara Rao, Mr. Pulaparthi Narayana Murthy, Mrs. Pilli Anantha Lakshmi, Mr. V.Y.Dasu, Mr. S.V.S.N.Varma, Mr. Mutha Sasidhar and others participated in the protest.
