District Cricket Association commenced Summer Camp for Women on Cricket at Rangaraya Sports Grounds here on Friday in Kakinada. According to this, Association Vice President, Mr. A.S.Swaroop inaugurated the camp here. Speaking on this, he stated that BCCI is going to introduce many education cum placement programs for women players who played under District & State level Ranji Trophy competitions. He called upon the women players to use this opportunity to make their future bright. Later, Association Secretary, Mr. Bapiraju stated that special training will be given to the selected 22 women players from the district under this camp up to 10th of June. Free Accommodation & Food facilities will be provided to all the players, he added. Association Treasurer Mr. Satyanarayana, Assistant Secretary Mr. T.Harish, Members Mr. Gopala Krishna, Mr. Bujangarao, Coach's Mr. Ravi Kumar and Mr. M.Srinivas participated in the inauguration program.
