Election expenses must be specified after a month of elections. 16 candidates along with 3 main party candidates submitted their expenses report to the election commissioner. Every candidate participating in Assembly Constituency is permitted to spend upto Rs. 16 crores. But shockingly 16 candidates all together has spent only Rs. 26.43 crores. Councillor of election expenses Mr. C.P. Singh has submitted a report after scrutinizing all the expenses in Kakinada on 17th and 18th of this month. Political analysts said that the total expenses are around Rs. 10 crores as per their analysis. But the three main parties all together showed very less expenses of Rs. 15.63 lakhs only. YSR Congress, Congress and TDP has spent Rs. 6,52,045, Rs. 6,33,703 & Rs. 2,78,150 respectively.
