Senior Intermediate examinations were started here on Thursday, at around 126 examination centers in the district. According to this, the Regional Inspection Officer (R.I.O) Mr. K.Dasaradhi had released a press note here. He said, as many as 40,462 students were attended for these examination, out of 42,791 registered members. A total 2,329 students were absent on this first day examination. He has stated that they will provide 5mins exemption time for the students after the commencement of exam. All the amenities were provided for these examinations, that he added.
