Rangaraya Medical College Day was grandly celebrated here on Tuesday at the College auditorium in Kakinada. JNTU-K Rector, Dr. K. Satya Prasad and District SP Mr. Trivikram Varma were presided over the celebrations as Chief Guests. Speaking on this, Mr. Trivikram Varma stated that medicine is the study which should be learned continuously for the end of life. He said, 'we are proud for having Rangaraya Medical College in our district because it is the best medical college over the state'. Later, another chief guest Dr. K. Satya Prasad has stated that Doctors & Engineers are two eyes to the society. He also stated that Engineers are also playing a key role in Medical field by inventing new equipments for surgeries, operations, etc.,. Later, College Principal Dr. Kameswara Rao & his wife were being felicitated according to the retirement for his position on Wednesday. Students performed various cultural activities in this program. College Vice Principals Dr. Babji, Dr. Mahalakshmi, Dr. Raghavendra Rao, In-charge Superintendent Dr. Ravi Kumar, College P.D Mr. K. Sparjan Raju, Doctors Mr. Probodh Kumar, Mr. Lakshmoji Naidu and huge number of students are participated in this program.
