Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad said to bankers that as a part of Financial Inclusion they would open a bank account to each family in the district and link those accounts to Aadhaar data. A special Consultative Committee Meeting was with Bankers and District Officers was hosted by Collector that was held yesterday night at Collectorate Court Hall. Financial Inclusiona dn Aadhaar interlinked topics such as Subsidy for fertilizer Distribution, bank loan grounding to benificials of several other Corporation Subsidy schemes, Dairy, Loans to Agriculture Equipments and other topics were discussed in this meeting. On this occasion Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad appreciated the forwardness of bankers in providing the loans. She requested the bankers to bring loan processing of Kharif season to an end by 31st of October and start the loan processing for Rabi season from November onwards. The target of Rs.50 crores loans to tenant farmers has been fixed and this should be made successful with the coordination of Bankers and Agriculture Officers, she added. She also requested the bankers not to link the sanction of Rabi season loans with the repayment of Kharif season loans. Later she ordered LDM to prepare the schedule for JMLBC meet for all the mandals from 4th of November onwards. LDMS Mr. Jagannadha Raju, NABARD AGM Mr. K. V. S Somayajulu, Andhra Bank AGM Mr. Sri Hari and other officers participated in this meet.
