East Godavari District Collector, Mrs. Neethu Kumari Prasad had announced that, due to the 'Nilam Cyclone' in the district, the 'Praja Dharbar' (Grievance cell) program which is to be held on every Monday was cancelled for this week. It is being cancelled as the collector will participate in the rescue of flood-hit areas over the district. So she called upon the public to co-operate for this inconvenience.
