District Library Association President, Mr. Prasada Raju, here on Sunday, lighted the lamp (Jyothi Prajwalna) and inaugurated the 43rd National Library Week Celebration. Initially, he offered garland to the statue of Saraswathi and to the picture of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
