G.Surya Prakash Rao on Sunday visited District for first time after taking over responsibility as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police, Eluru range. He visited SP office on Sunday night and participated in the review meeting with the officials. Speaking to media persons, DIG said that he would take actions to strengthen present police department. He also said that he would protect peace and security among people and for this he need completed support from the citizens he added. Mr. Surya Prakash Rao said that he would lay more focus on white-collar offences in Rajahmundry and Maoists of agency areas.
