Mandal Parishad Development Officers (MPDO's) from 58 mandals in the district, were resigned to Upadi Hami scheme works here on Friday. According to this, they met DWMA PD Mr. Madhusudhan here on Friday evening and submitted their Digital Signature Keys to him. Later, they staged a protest at Collectorate in Kakinada. Speaking with media, they stated that 'we will not work for Upadi Hami scheme until unless our problems were solved'. They said that they have already informed to Collector about their problems 15days ago, but there is no response still. They highly grieved that the government is not looking out their problems from last 16years. All the MPDO's from the state will stop their work for Upadi Hami scheme until their problems were solved, they stressed. MPDO's Association District President Bhanu Prasad has presided over the program.
