District Registrar for the Department of Registration & Stamps, Mr. M. Bala Prakash has announced that the online method will be introduced soon for land registrations with a motto to provide accurate and fast service to the public with new technologies. According to this, he had released a press note here on Saturday. He stated that the government has given Rs. 184 Crores target to the District Registration department for the year, in that Rs. 144 Crores were being achieved till now, he added. 'We will complete the entire target by this month end', he stated. He said that the land registration charges are to be raised from April month. All the records & documents of the department will be scanned and stored safely to change them in Rotun Home method, he noticed.
