Mr. Lingamullu Krishna Murthy, Chief of Ramana Clinical Laboratories has been selected for Lions International Model for the year 2011-12. Former Lion Governor Mr. Vijay Kumar presented this award to him for providing free medical services to poor people in rural areas. This award function was held at Jaggampeta here on Monday. Members of Lions club from East, Vishaka, Vijayanagaram and Srikakulam participated in this program. For increasing membership of Lions club, providing services to physically challenged boys and girls, providing free medical services to villagers, L. Krishna Murthy achieved this award.
