East Godavari District Sports Authority students were selected for National level competitions for their performance in the State level Weight lifting Championship in Under-17 & Under-19 categories conducted by the School Games Federation on 11th to 13th of November at Kadapa district. Ooha Sai, Victor babu, Satish Kumar, Srimanthini, Jogeswara Rao, Nageswara Rao are the students selected for the National level Weightlifting Championship. According to this, District Sports Development Officer (D.S.D.O) S.V.Ramana released a press note here on Tuesday in Kakinada. Speaking on this, she stated that Coach Mr. Satish Kumar and Association Secretaries Mr. Thatabbai & Mr. Ranga paid a major role by encouraging the students to get this success. Later, District Educational Officer R.S.Ganga Bhavani, D.Y.E.O Mr. Panduranga appreciated the students on their selection.
