In the competitions held by Andhra Pradesh Rifle Shooting Association, Sportsmen Mr. Sameer from Kakinada, Won a Gold Medal. This competition was held at Gachibowli Stadium, Hyderabad from 7th to 12th of this month. In the pistol category of this competition, he attained a gold medal. In the previous competitions also, Sameer achieved gold medals in the Pistol and Rifle categories. On this, he met Collector Mr. Ravi Chandra here on Wednesday. Appreciating him, Collector suggested him to attain much more medals and bring good name to The District. Sameer stated that he could not afford to purchase Pistol, which is Rs.1.85 Lakhs.
