The Counselling program for Encouragement (Prothsaham) Scheme has been postponed here. According to the sources, the encouragement scheme is being introduced by the State Government with a motto to provide corporate Intermediate education for the poor & talented students. So that the district authorities has invited applications from the students. According to this, many students who scored good marks in recent 10th class examinations were applied for this scheme through online. As the officials announced that the counselling would be held on 7 & 8th dates at Ambedhkar bhavan in Kakinada, all these students attended for the counselling along with their parents. But there is no counselling program was arranged by the authorities. Listening to this, all the students & parents were sadly return to their homes. Speaking on this, DRDA Officials stated that the counselling program schedule details will be informed to the students through SMS service to their mobiles.
