AP State Board SSC/ 10th Class Public Examinations results 2013 were released here on Friday, by the State Secondary Education Minister Mr. Parthasarathy. According to the results, the East Godavari district stood second position all over the state. It is very much developed while compared to the previous year, as it is 11th position in the last year. The pass percentage of the district is 94.4%. Out of 58,771 students, 55,478 students got qualified from the district. Boys outshine Girls in this results with a difference of 28%. Out of 28,915 boys, 27,336 were qualified with 94.54% pass percentage. Meanwhile, 28,142 girls qualified out of 29,856 marking 94.26% percentage in the district. According to sources, for the first time in its educational history, the district secured a very good position in SSC 2013 results. Previously, our district stood 7th position in 2006-07 academic year results, while it is the highest position upto now and breaking that record, this year we got second position in the state. All the students, parents and schools celebrating the success in the district. Supplementary exams for failed candidates in SSC 2013 will be conducted from 15th June to 28th June. Exam fee has to be paid on or before 1st June. Passed candidates can obtain their certificates from their respective schools after a couple of days, sources said.
