District Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has started the hunger strike camp against to the power cuts and hike of power charges in the State, here on Sunday at Balaji Cheruvu center in Kakinada. According to this, the party District President Mr. Vetukuri Suryanarayana Raju, Ex President Mr. Yenimireddy Malakondayya, city BJP President Mr. Pydah Bhavana Prasad, State Fisheries cell Assistant Convenor Mr. Pemmadi Swamy and party Kakinada Rural President Mr. Mahalakshmi Rao were announced that they are going to do hunger strike till death against the power issues in the state. The camp was started by Somu Veerraju, National Committee Member of BJP here. Speaking on this, he stated that the continuous power cuts and hike of power charges shows the Congress party ruling method in the state. The Congress party will surely get the result for this, he stressed. Speaking on this, all the party leaders and members demanded the Government to reduce power charges immediately and also to avoid power cuts in the state.
