Kapu Intelligents Meeting was held here on Sunday at Cosmo Recreation Club in Kakinada. The meeting has declared that they will not stop their protest, until the GO 30 was implemented for the inclusion of Kapu castes to BC. As we know, that the Kapu caste people are under protest for the long time by demanding the state government to implement GO 30 for the inclusion of their castes to BC. According to this, Advocates, Lawyers, Engineers and other prominent persons of various fields from the city, who belongs to Kapu castes were conducted this meeting here. Kapu Sadbhavana Sangham President Mr. V.Y.Dasu, Kapu Porata Samitti Legal Advisor Mr. Saladi Gangadhara Ramarao and others were also attended this meeting. Speaking on this, they stated that the 22% of population are from kapu, telaga, balija & ontari castes only in the state. They grieved that some political leaders were intentionally trying to stop the GO 30 implementation. They said, that they will continue the protest until they get justice on this issue. Many poor families in Kapu castes will be benefited, if the GO 30 implemented, they added. Finally, they were decided to continue their protest and also decided to vote for the political party, which gives priority for this issue.
