The Electricity department (APEPDCL) Women employees state level sports competitions were started here on Wednesday at the district sports ground in Kakinada. According to this, the Electricity dept Superintendent Engineer (SE) Mr. Y.S.N.Prasad has presided over the program as a chief guest & started the competitions here. Speaking on this, he stated that these sports competitions are very much helpful to the women employees, who became tired with the continuous work & pressure. Later, the organisers stated that these 3-days competitions would be held with Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Tennikoit, Carroms & other sports. A total 20 districts employees from the state were participated on the first day of these competitions, they added.
