50yrs to Lorry Owners Association

Kakinada Lorry Owners Association has completed 50years in its existence. It was started in the year 1962 but officially registered on 1968 year by Late Mr. Undavalli Sitaramayya. Late Mr. Yanamandra Subbarao has worked as the first president to this association. Now, around 2000 Lorries are there under this association. Speaking on this, present Association President Mr. Rajana Nagesh has stated that the association is being successful only because of the good co-ordination between owners, drivers, cleaners and other members. Association Secretary Mr. Borusu Chandra Rao and Treasurer Mr. Manthena Ramachandra Raju have expressed their happiness on this occasion.

An awareness seminar was conducted for Auto Drivers from the district, by the police authorities here on Thursday at Suryakala Mandir in Kakinada.
