Dharithri Rakshana Samithi has decided to plant nearly 30thousand plants in & around Kakinada. According to this, committee president, Simakurthi Surekha has planted some saplings at bhanugudi area near Collector's bungalow in Kakinada. Kakinada Municipal Commissioner Mr. V.Ravi Kumar, Additional Commissioner Satyaveni other Corporation officers have participated in this program. Speaking on this, committee President Simakurthi Surekha said, the program is conducting to see a greenish Kakinada in future, so that the committee will do the best for this program, she added. She said, every individual have to plant plants in their premises and also should protect them with guards because plants can save our earth from global warming. She declared that, after completing the plantation program, the responsibility of protecting those plants will be given to Municipal Corporation authority. Collector Mrs. Neethu Kumari Prasad & Commissioner Mr. Ravi Kumar are always supporting them to do these type of programs, she added. She declared that the plantation of 30thousand plants will be completed by the month of January in 2013year. Municipal ME Mr. Suryanarayana, Committee Vice President Mr. Eswara Rao, Members Dr. Paramahamsa, Mr. Krishna Kumar, Mr. Murali, Mr. Jayadev, Mr. Lalith Jain, Mr. Krishna Reddy and others participated in the program.
