On occassion of Diwali Festival, the Lottery program for the permission of Fire Cracker Stalls in the city, is being conducted here on Friday at Collectorate Vidhan Gowtami hall in Kakinada. According to the District Collector's order, Municipal Commissioner Mr. Ravi Kumar, Police officers Mr. Deva Kumar & Mr. Govinda Rao have been conducted the lottery program for Fire Cracker Stalls. In this lottery, total 79 stalls are permitted at Raja Tank park premises, 14 stalls are permitted at Boat club and 13 stalls are permitted at Jagannaickpur Dry Fish market area. Speaking on this, Commissioner Mr. Ravi Kumar has stated that these stalls should run under the government regulations only. RDO Executive Officer Sunitha, Municipal Corporation SE Nava Rohini, Manager K.Satyanarayana, Mr. Murali, DE Mr. Bhavani Shankar and others participated in the program.
