Educational officers in district should strive hard to attain 100 per cent enrollment during the Badi Bata program said District Collector Mr.M.Ravi Chandra. A monthly meeting accompanying with Deputy Educational Officers and District Educational Officers was held in Rajiv Vidya Mission office this Wednesday. Badi Bata program is scheduled to be held from June 14th  to 27th  and discussing on this Collector advised education officials not to insist the children for caste certificate by the time of admission and admissions into schools must be conducted till August 31. Speaking on this occasion Collector explained that “Don't ask  students and their parents to produce caste certificate, just record the details they give and forward the same to the tahasildars concerned. After verifying the details, the tahasildars will issue the caste certificates, which will be handed over to the students after laminating them properly,”. Referring to the performance of students, Mr. Ravi Chandra said that grading details will be upload in the website based on students performance and efforts are being made to launch this in association with the Rajiv Vidya Mission. Due to this the schools in which the performance of the students was not up to the mark could be identified. Mr.Ravi Chandra asked the educational officers to make sure that distribution of textbooks among students must be  in time. Valuation of answer sheets of unit tests and pre-public examinations should be done properly, he added. He said that he would conduct sudden inspections and initiate action against headmasters who fail to put system in place. District Educational Officer R.S. Ganga Bhavani, Rajiv Vidya Mission project officer A. Jaya Prakash and other officials were present.
