Kakinada 3rd Additional JFC Judge V.Sarada Devi gave judgment for 1 year imprisonment here on Friday as theft case of gold jewelery has been proven true. Koppula Srinvas of Kotha Manjeru village of Kajuluru Mandal had stolen golden jewellery in D. Vara Lakshmi's resident of same village. This was during August month in 2007 year. Gollapalem Police arrested him and registered case during that period. Prosecution APP Kantha Rao took over this case and brought eye-witness with assistance from Gollapalem SI T.Kranthi Kumar, Court Constable KV Raghavulu. On this, Judge announced final decision of 1 year imprisonment.
