Uthama Villain is a Telugu movie, It is a Dubbed version same movie, It is an tri-lingual Comedy Dram Film.The story is about Uttaman an 8th century drama actor and Manoranjan, a 21st century cinema Superstar, both the characters are portrayed by Kamal Haasan. Manoranjan's mentor, who has groomed and guided him to this status of superstardom, is played by K. Balachander. Varalakshmi (Urvasi) as Manoranjan's wife and Poornachandran (K. Vishwanath) as his father-in-law, essay pivotal roles in the film. The 21st century Superstar Manoranjan's love interest is portrayed by Andrea Jeremiah and Pooja Kumar makes love interest with Manoranjan. Pooja Kumar plays an emotionally disturbed Princess to Uttaman's 8th centur character namely Karpagavalli. Nasser plays an overbearing dictator, Muttharasan from the 8th century story. Jacob Zachariah played by Jayaram and his adopted daughter Indra played by Parvathi Menon, are critical characters of the story. M S Bhaskar portrays the memorable character of Chokku Chettia. The film features an ensemble cast that includes Kamal Hassan, Jayaram, Andrea Jeremiah, Pooja Kumar, Nassar, Parvathi, Parvathy Nair and Urvashi. Directors K. Viswanath and K.
